My Spray-Flecked Odyssey

So I thought it’d be cool to read The Odyssey on a boat, so I got in a 14-foot whaler and headed out, planning to drift aimlessly in the channel.  Unfortunately, it was super-choppy and I turned back after my book (and clothes) got soaked.  Note to self: next time check the tide-charts.

I wonder how it would have held up floating adrift, at sea, for three weeks.
